You start every Monday with good intentions.
By Thursday the week's gone to shit and you're back where you started.
If you read that and thought 'that's me', you're in the right place.
Helping women in their 40s and 50s who are done starting over. Food. Fat loss. Hormones. Stress. And all the stuff nobody else will touch.
The group programme that gets to the root of it.
You already know what to eat. So why doesn't anything stick?
You've tracked the calories. Done the diets. Lost the weight, gained it back, lost it again.
You've tried the apps, the meal plans, the challenges, the programmes that promise 12 weeks to a new you.
And the worst part?
You know it's not the information you're missing.
So you start blaming yourself.
Your willpower.
Your consistency.
Your ability to just get it together like everyone else seems to.
But here's what nobody's told you...

Food and workouts are only 30% of it.
The other 70% is the stuff most coaches aren't trained to go anywhere near.

The stress that sends you to the kitchen at 9pm because it's the only quiet moment you've had all day.
The relationships that drain you and leave nothing for yourself.
The person you became and no longer recognise.
The things you're scared to say.
The people you don't want to upset.
The constant sacrifices you make just to keep the peace and not deal with the fallout.
That's not a food problem.
That's a whole life that hasn't been looked at properly.
And until you do, nothing will change.
Another year of this is another year of feeling less like yourself.
It's not just the weight.
It's the clothes you stopped buying because what's the point.
The photos you won’t be in or delete before anyone else can see them.
The confidence that disappeared somewhere in your 40s and you can't find where it went.
It's being 45, 53, 67, and thinking: I have been trying to fix this for 20 years.
Knowing what to do. Doing it. Quitting. Feeling the guilt consume you.
Repeating the whole cycle again, telling yourself this time will be different.
It's the exhaustion of holding everything together for everyone else while quietly running on empty.
It's saying yes when you mean no.
It's putting yourself last so long you've actually forgotten what it feels like to come first.

Most programmes will give you a meal plan and wish you luck.
They'll count your macros and say absolutely nothing about the fact that you're exhausted, people-pleasing, running on empty, and putting yourself last every single day.
That approach does fuckall for women in their 40s and beyond. You've probably found that out.
Here's what every other programme skips.
The things that happened to you. The self-beliefs you've carried since you were a kid. The voice in your head that's convinced you don't deserve to feel good in your own body.
The patterns that bring you back to square one every single time.
No other programme is going there because most coaches aren't qualified to.
I am. And that's exactly where The Reset starts.
They stopped
starting over
Here's what that actually looked like...
What's inside
The Reset?
Everything I wish someone had put in one place.
This is group coaching that covers the physical, nutritional, and psychological side of things all at once. Not because it sounds good but because that's the only way it actually works.
Food and fat loss that makes sense for your body right now
Not a generic plan. I help you understand what's actually happening with your hormones, why your commitment to fat loss goes to shit the moment the week falls apart, and what to do about it. No guessing. No starting from scratch every Monday.
Hormones and menopause support
Your 40s body is not the same body that responded to restriction in your 20s. We talk about this properly so you can start feeling like yourself again and get results that last.
The stress and belly fat connection
Why that stubborn weight has less to do with what you eat and everything to do with your stress levels, sleep, emotions, and your nervous system. This one changes how women see everything.
Your values, your needs, your voice
Learning to say how you feel, communicate what you actually want, and stop abandoning yourself to keep everyone else happy. This is the part nobody else touches. It's also the part that changes everything.
Daily habits that work in real life
No 5am workouts. No meal prep Sundays. Just movement that feels good because you want to do it, not punishment for what you ate.
The group
Women who get it because they're living it too. The accountability in this group is worth more than most people expect. It's the first place a lot of these women have ever felt like they don't have to explain themselves.
What they say...

About Dee
I built D60 because I got sick of watching women get blamed for a problem that was never just theirs.
I'm Dee. I've been a PT, nutritionist, and life coach for over 10 years. I've worked with hundreds of women who came to me asking about their weight and left understanding themselves.

I know what it feels like to hit rock bottom and have to rebuild
from scratch.
At 31, I left an emotionally abusive relationship with four kids and nowhere to go. I spent six months in self-destruct mode before I decided I wanted something different. Not just for my kids. For me.
That decision led me to a gym. Then to qualifications in personal training and nutrition. Then to understanding that the physical results only stuck when I stopped ignoring everything else.
That's what D60 is built on.
Not just what you're eating and how often you're training.
But why you eat what you eat.
What's really going on in your life.
What it's actually going to take for things to change. Not just the number on the scale but the whole thing.
I'm qualified as a Personal Trainer, Nutritionist, British Weightlifting Coach, and Professional Support Practitioner with training in compassionate inquiry, digestive health, and supporting women with anxiety, depression, and hormonal changes.

Let me answer the 3 things
stopping you
I can hear you thinking. Let me deal with it.
Ready to stop
starting over?

The weight goes because your life changes.
I'm gonna help you change it but, if we only focus on what you're eating
and how often you train, we're only doing half the job.
D60 exists because you need real support. Not more rigid rules.
Not another plan that treats you like the problem.
You were never the problem.
Cancel anytime. No contracts. No weekly weigh-ins that shame you.
